The Team of the Year Award seeks to honour a group that has exemplified teamwork, achieved noteworthy
successes and made a significant impact within their organisation or community over the past year.

Assessment Criteria:

Judges will evaluate submissions based on

Collaborative Excellence: Demonstrated ability to work seamlessly together, leveraging each member’s strengths.
Achievements: Notable successes or milestones reached as a direct result of the team’s collective efforts.
Innovation: Creative approaches or solutions introduced by the team.
Presentation: A well-structured, clear, and compelling portrayal of the team’s journey and successes.

Please structure the submission under the following sections:

Case for the Award:
Clearly lay out why the team, among many, stands out as the epitome of collaborative achievement. Emphasise the unique dynamics, contributions, or impacts that set the team apart from others.

Team Overview:
Introduce the team, specifying its name, size, role within the organisation and primary responsibilities.

Year in Review:
Detail the team's significant projects, challenges and successes over the past year.

Collaborative Highlights:
Showcase specific instances where the team's synergy led to results that might not have been achievable individually.

Innovative Initiatives:
Describe any groundbreaking solutions, methods, or strategies the team introduced or executed.

Challenges and Triumphs:
Narrate any obstacles the team faced and how, through collective effort, these were surmounted. Highlight the positive outcomes of overcoming these challenges.
